This has some great benefits of hydration. I don’t see too much of a plumping effect, but there is a slight one and absolutely no stinging or tingling, which is a huge plus for me. Upon application, it does seem to have a slight grit to its texture, but it only lasts about a minute or two and dissolves away. Excited to try the color selections
Sad to see the formula has changed. Been buying the thorn bite lip oils for years; and this was the only lip product that genuinely hydrated my dry lips, even in the winter. I find the new one to not be as moisturizing. Still good, but not great.

I honestly never leave reviews like I do on RDF makeup… literally never on anything, however; these products speak to me. I had Rose Bloom first and knew I wanted the clear version because I was looking crazy with lipstick on to go to bed but the way it makes my lips feel, I had to! Just get it lol it’s not sticky , it’s a thinner formula but not too thin and it smells so botanical in a subtle way.
I've been eyeing the lip oil since I discovered Rituel de Fille earlier this year, but it was a bit pricey so I held off. With the Black Friday sale, I finally went for it... and I wish I had sooner. The scent can be a bit off-putting/take some getting used to (it's a more natural rose-y smell). But it glides on effortlessly, nourishes my lips even in the dead of winter, and has a really nice slip with no stickiness whatsoever. The container is also a nice heavy glass that feels as high quality as the product inside.
My lips were cracking from the cold dry weather and after using this for a day, I never would've known it. I was blown away. Can't say much for the plumping, but it definitely doesn't sting like one. I also ordered a sampler and, sadly, believe I'm allergic to something in all of those products. I am thankful for this lip oil, though. Never sticky, and made my lips shiny and supple. Highly recommend.
