We held our first-ever Lab Access Release event more than 6 years ago. As far as we know, this was a true beauty industry first: we invited our brilliant community to join in our product development process.

From the very beginning, we have created our own formulas ourselves, by hand, totally from scratch. The vast majority of beauty brands outsource all of their product development and manufacturing, but we wanted to create something truly unique—not pick someone else's formulas off of a shelf. We wanted to explore, experiment, and create something new that didn't exist before.

Collaborating with our community has allowed us to forge something more meaningful together. Rather than hiding our work until a final launch, long past the point where everything is set in stone, we humbly offer a new formula to Rituelists—one that we've developed with our own hands—to ensure we are offering something truly resonant for you.

No formula ever reaches this phase until we have already spent a great deal of time refining it; every Lab Access Release has been something we truly love, and absolutely can't wait to share with you. As a small, totally independent brand, we approach this process with trust, care, and deep devotion.

This process of community collaboration has been one of the most beautiful parts of our work, like releasing a message in a bottle...and then, miraculously, receiving a response. We want to listen closely to your voice, to understand what truly matters to you—and to create something that means as much to you as it does to us.

This is our second and final window. We were able to source one more small batch of what we need to make this happen, and we didn't want anyone to miss their chance.
