How do I add a one-time product to my subscription shipment so I can take advantage of free shipping?
One-time products can be added to your subscription order. Log in to your Rituelist account, click Manage Subscriptions to access the subscriptions portal. Click the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION / ADD PRODUCTS button next to the subscription you want to add a product to. This will take you to a page with available add-on items. Click the ADD TO BOX button underneath the product you would like to add. This automatically adds the product to your shipment without adding another subscription.
To manage or delete a one-time product, click the Delivery Schedule tab and click the MANAGE ADD-ON PRODUCT button.
How do I change my delivery schedule, or skip a delivery?
Log in to your Rituelist account, click Manage Subscriptions to access the subscriptions portal. In the portal, click the Delivery Schedule tab. From here, you can update your schedule or skip upcoming deliveries.
How do I cancel a subscription?
We make this easy, and subscriptions can be canceled at any time for future orders. To avoid billing for your next cycle, please make sure to cancel before your next renewal date.
Log in to your Rituelist account, click Manage Subscriptions to access the subscriptions portal. Click the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION / ADD PRODUCTS button next to the subscription you want to cancel. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription. You are not required to provide a cancellation reason, but we always sincerely appreciate feedback. Then, just confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
What regions are subscriptions available in?
We are currently able to offer subscriptions to all U.S. shipping addresses.
