I purchased this product after reviewing the images and even expecting it to not turn out exactly as the photos but not only is this incredibly sheer it also doesn't build well or play nicely with other products (I tried a range). I'd post photos of the results but they're so unflattering I cannot subject myself to doing so. I would chalk it up to user error since so many people seem to like it and it claims to have won an award but I tried every which way to make this work and it simply does not. Also my lips are sticky despite the claims, and my lower lip is also burning. Won't purchase this again and would NOT recommend.

I'll admit I was hesitant to purchase this lip oil at first because of the price, but upon first try I've decided that it was worth every penny. The packaging is sleek and sexy, it has a lovely subtle scent that reminds me of herbal tea, and it applies like a dream. My lips immediately feel hydrated, the formula is very smooth and doesn't feel sticky even a while after applying, and it's pigmented enough to give a lovely wash of color while still remaining subtle. Highly recommend!

This product is somehow sheer and pigmented all at once. In this shade it's not a fast application (I have it in Rose Dew which is more forgiving) to get an even coating. It's only a four star for me because it doesn't wear terribly long but also it bleeds a little into the skin around my mouth on reapplication. I am looking for a dark pencil to maybe counter this but also feel like that defeats the object of a gloss type product.
