The Color: Light and shadow cast on flesh. This shade combines neutral peach tones with added depth, resulting in an utterly natural but transformative effect that enhances your own coloration. It is like a faint, perfectly-placed shadow cast on the lips.

How to Wear: We love wearing this shade in a diffused lip look: apply directly from the bullet, and blur at the lip line with just a few gentle swipes of your fingertips. The result is a soft sfumato effect that is beautifully subtle and natural.

The Result: Lightweight, comfortable moisture in an opulent shade.

The Formula: Inspired by ancient botanicals, these highly moisturizing lip sheers offer translucent yet vibrant color. Enchanted Lip Sheers offer buildable pigmentation that is remarkably lightweight on the lips; even the boldest shades feel like a comfortably long-wearing balm.

    Lilium

The color is soft and beautiful. The formula is sheer but can be built up a little bit. The lip sheers just level up any kind of look

This was an unexpected pick for me. I wasn't sure how this was going to look with my skin tone but it's so lovely. You can wear it sheared out or built up. It glides on smooth and feels nice on the lips.

    Love shade Lilium

I love this shade — I panicked a bit when I thought I’d lost it because I carry this one with me. I’m shade 120-125 in the 3Drop Serum and I paired this with Eros for my latte makeup looks — it’s easy to wear, but it’s not your basic pink.

My only criticism is that the formula on this one can be a little tough (especially compared to the Light as a Feather lipstick, which I am SO going to get in shade Lilium when it’s released!)

    Beautiful color amazing formula

I love this product so much! Lilium is a beautiful neutral brown taupe, sheer in weight but the color is quite pigmented. I love how this feels on my lips, not heavy or sticky, and feels nourishing.

    Gorgeous

I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I love this shade of the lip sheer. I have fair, cool olive skin, so colors like this often just look orange on me. I'd been curious about it for so long that I finally bit the bullet, and lo and behold it's fantastic. There's enough grey that it doesn't look orange, but not so grey that it makes me look dead. I don't know how RDF does it, but their shades just work for me in a way that other brands don't. In terms of formula, I'm a big fan of the lip sheers. I tend to use them as a thin layer for a blotted look, and they work beautifully for that. They're not super hydrating on their own, but they will hold in whatever hydration you've got going before applying. So I'll use a nourishing lip balm for 10-15 minutes, wipe off the excess, then put on the lip sheer. With that method I don't feel like I'm starting to need any additional moisture for a few hours, which is longer than I can usually tolerate with a lipstick.
