This is the more "wearable" baby sister of Black Locust. The dark side of nude neutral. Don't expect this to be that sheer though. As with all the "lip sheers", it's fairly opaque, buildable, and matte-finished.

So pretty as a blurred lip, but also lovely layered up. It's a murky peachy brown on my desaturated cool-leaning skin, not pulling orange at all but retaining some warmth. Such a good neutral, and really nice mixed with other shades, like Black Locust and Snakeroot. Very easy to wear. Love.

These are a really interesting formula that I haven’t seen a good comparison to. One swipe is more sheer but it can definitely be built up. It’s quite comfortable on the lips and not drying at all. And it hold up under gloss which is a big plus for me.
