The Colors
Dusk // An inky blue of hypnotizing richness. Dusk is at once dark and vibrant, smoky and bright. This shade evokes the churning sea, the twilight sky, and precious lapis lazuli.
Cinder // A bold, cool-toned storm gray for looks both subtle and daring. Cinder is at once moody and approachable, nostalgic and ultramodern. This shade evokes ominous storm clouds, delicate ashes, and cold slate.
Iron // A deep, sultry red evoking the depths of blood, wine and rust. Iron is at once unexpected and utterly flattering. This is the long-requested return of a beloved shade, exclusive to our site and to be made only in small batches.
ABOUT THE PIGMENT AND ITS USAGE
Dusk is created with the deep blue of ultramarine pigment. Historically ultramarine pigment was made from lapis lazuli stone ground into a fine powder, and this resulted in the rarest blue pigment used in Renaissance painting. Though it also beautifully reflects the pigment’s hue, the name ‘ultramarine’ comes from 14th- and 15th-century Italian traders referencing its origin ‘beyond the sea’ from mines in Afghanistan.
Like other mineral pigments, modern cosmetics-grade ultramarine is synthesized for safety, as mined pigments may contain notable levels of heavy metals. Ultramarine pigment is approved for use in the United States for eyes and face, but not lips. In the European Union, ultramarine is approved for use on eyes, face and lips.

This is my favorite eyeliner formula, I find it easy to use. If you set it with a powder color over it, it lasts for a longer time, otherwise it fades after about five hours. I would love to see more colors come out in this formula.

Cinder is easy to work with and the perfect color for me, but it does fade. I tried putting a matching eye shadow over it to make it last longer, but it still faded.
Still, I enjoy this product and will continue to use it!

Never in a milliono years would I have considered wearing a dark red eyeliner, but here we are! I tried this after hearing about it from an influencer with a similar skin tone to mine, and it was just gorgeous! I love the color of this eyeliner as well as how easy this formula is to work with. I apply with an angled liner brush and it goes on beautifully and smudges out nicely. A little goes a very long way! I will say however, that the color seems to "fade" quickly after application (noticeable within a few hours). The liner doesn't disappear but the color is less saturated than it is when first applied. At the current price point, I would expect better performance from this product. I hope this can be fixed in time, because everything else about this product I absolutely love.

The creaminess and intensity of this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It can be applied with precision as eyeliner but also to the entire lid for a smokey look. I have so much fun when I use this.
