The formula is incredibly easy to work with and creates a beautiful, dimensional, one and done eye look. Unfortunately, it creases quickly and doesn't last. I've been trying to get it to work for me since I do really love the initial result after applying. Primer doesn't help much, primer + powder prior to applying doesn't help much either. The best result I was able to achieve (although still not perfect) is primer, powder, eye soot mixed with fixing drops, powder. So for me, (hooded eyes + oily eyelids) definitely not a one and done. While this didn't end up being a time saver at all, it just so pretty I could only bring myself to deduct one star.
