I love this eye soot. I thought I would use it on the upper brow as a highlighter but it's actually beautiful on the eye lid and in the crease. It's a little darker than what I would use as a highlighter and, as all Rituel de Fille products, highly pigmented. Love it.

The Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Fauna looks amazing on my eyes. It's the perfect natural neutral even on my cool complexion (Rituel de Fille 3-drop foundation in #100), on which most colours pull warm. Fauna offers the perfect understated, yet luminizing, skin-toned glow and, since I'm all about simple luminous "almost-no-makeup-makeup" eye looks nowadays, this fulfils that desire as a one-and-done shadow. I am using an eye primer underneath, as the shadow can crease moderately and the primer helps with that. The product itself can be applied both with a finger and a brush, as per your preferences. The eyeshadow blends effortlessly and won't become patchy. This is one of the simplest ways to do an eye look that lasts quite well and offers both youthful freshness and quiet elegance. The only negative I can think of is that the pot opening is quite small and it's hard to get the product out if you have longer fingernails.

Love the formula of this eye soot. the color is subtle but still beautiful. I just use my finger to tap some over eyeshadow and it provides the perfect subtle pop of glam. perfect for everyday or special events. It’s easily blendable and buildable so you can sheer or make it more pigmented depending on your preference! I can’t wait to purchase different colors of this awesome formula!
