I jumped on these colors when they released. I didn’t want buyers regret. I’m not sorry, but I do have my favorites. First, all of the colors are beautiful, vibrant, and look really unique. Second, a little goes a long way with these so they feel like a real value. I love that their shimmer doesn’t steal the show from their colors. Sometimes it seems like the more sparkle a color has, well, the less color saturation it has. That is not an issue here. Selenium is my one true favorite, however, because the color is versatile while also having the best texture. The other two colors feel different under my fingers and tend to clump more than Selenium. I still have issues with shifting into the crease of my eye, and the nature of Selenium’s color makes it less obvious. If I had it to do over, I would still buy the whole set over again.

I can guarantee that there is no other product available like this series. There is nothing else you already own that is remotely similar. Texture, color, application options, layering, how it morphs with my skin through the day, and the infinite variations available depending on how I apply it - pinky, index, one layer, multiple layers, alone or with others, blotted on or smeared...there are literally thousands of possibilities - and I have yet to find one that’s a fail. It’s always interesting and creative and in a time that’s kinda gloomy and hard to get excited about beauty, these bring back that thrill even if you’re alone all day reading in bed with a cold (the only reason I got out of bed today with my cold and cramps was to make coffee, and play with my eye soot). May sound superficial but this is artistry, and it’s self-love and body connection as it was meant to be. Intimate, sensual, playful, pleasurable, unique, and a kind of meditative process as the pigment melts onto fingertip and skin. It doesn’t feel corporate - it really has a ritual feeling to it. Call me crazy til you try it.
