it reminds me of australian christmas beetles, they feel very rare to see and i like being reminded of them, if i use a tiny amount i notice that it compliments silver jewellery in some kind of special way
i love how versatile the colours are depending on how much i use, it can look foresty green, but if i only use a small amount, it looks particularly silvery and stormy on my olive shade of skin

I will never fall out of love with the layered, deep green of scarabaeus. With any eye gloss, one must place carefully and use with intent. Nonetheless, as a MUA, with years of experience with makeup this is truly the most beautiful product in my collection. It’s almost annoying how many compliments I get on it. Almost.

I don’t know why i have not used this on my lips before but oh my god it’s uniquely suited to that. On eyes it creases super easily and disappears after a few hours even with my best primer. But on lips? Perfect

It reminds me of those beautiful green beetles. It doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and stays on well. I'm definitely buying more colors and some of the soots as well since they don't irritate my eyes either.
