I wasn't sure what to expect given everyone has different natural lip colors, but found this creates a perfect bruised purple/black color for my lips. It's subtle and I really like that as I don't wear lipstick except once or twice a year, so something that just adds a wonderful hue is great. I'll have to try the other shades. Also super happy all the lip oils are vegan, as it's hard to find vegan that's not using dyes but natural colors from plants/minerals etc.

Let’s be honest - I’m not ready for a full black lip yet. But! This lip oil is sheer and buildable - which allows me to tint my lip in a glossy gray, using less product, which still gives off this black thorn vibe, but softer and more lip gloss like. The formula is quite nice, leaves lips soft and hydrated.

Good on its own, but also fantastic for cooling down the tone and saturation of other colors you might have in your collection. I will keep this in my purse until they tell me to stop, and then I will probably hide it in my boot until they remove it from my cold, in living socks. Absolutely a multifunctional lip staple.

Love this color! One swipe gives a sheer black/dark purply tint while 2-3 coats looks like black nail polish for your lips. I did not notice any plumping but the staying power made up for it. The tube is nice and heavy and the packaging has cool vibes.

so buttery and smooth, so nourishing. pigment is sheer but easily buildable. has become a staple for me.
