The Formula: Inspired by ancient botanicals, these highly moisturizing lip sheers offer translucent yet vibrant color. Enchanted Lip Sheer offers buildable pigmentation that is remarkably lightweight on the lips; even the boldest shades feel like a comfortably long-wearing balm.

The Collaboration: S. Andromedae x Rituel de Fille
Purple carries soft, peculiar magic: earthbound in wildflowers, ancient in glimmering amethyst crystal, otherworldly in the luminous nebulae where stars are born. Purple speaks in powerful whispers of iconoclasm, strangeness and strength, all woven into an opulent tapestry. For the second time, we have collaborated with Andromeda—one of our most beloved creators—to bring a new vision to life within our laboratory.  

This is Amaranthine. This new limited-edition collection takes its name from a flower that never fades, and these shades hold that same magic: the cool glimmer of amethyst crystals still held under the earth, the wild blaze of liatris across undulating fields, the hush of dusk settling over wildflowers in eternal bloom. Alongside this release, Viridescent will also return for a limited time; these two lovingly-created odes to color will bloom together in a brief and beautiful moment.

    Don't be fooled

    If this product is ever restocked, don't be misled that "sheer" means gloss. I dislike both lip glosses and even nose so when they have glitter.

    I'm thankful a review on this site explained that these shear lipsticks looked (and more importantly felt) like neither.

    The color can be mattified by blotting with a tissue, intensified by adding additional layers after each blotting and what I love most, added over a semi-matte, satin, velvet, or full matte warm toned lip product to help it shift to a more cool color.

    Such an unusual color! Stunning and strange on its own, and also works well as a topper. The purple is smokey and grey tinted, the slight sparkle gives it wonderful depth!

    Do Not Hesitate!

    Listen- I have never been a fan of purple makeup. I took a chance on this Limited Edition color because I loved the way it looked on the models. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shade. I told myself I will wear it every day. Run don’t walk! Olive skintone. 62 y/o J’adore 💜
