Super Versatile!
I adore the formula of these lip sheets—easily buildable, comfortable, moisturizing, and they smell so good. They also last! Black Locust is a cool toned brownish-black. I can build it up to a fairly rich dark gray on its own, but it’s gorgeous when layered over a rich brown or plum lip liner. Has the comfort of a lip balm with the pigment of a traditional sheer matte lipstick.

I tried so hard to make this work but ultimately i dont love it as much as i wanted to. Alone on my lips, the pigmentation looks a bit patchy and the black color settles into the creases of my lips after a short while. I have to wear it with a very specific matte lip cream to prevent this and it ends up looking great but i dont want to work this hard to make a lipstick work for me

I am always hesitant about lip colors, I’m always insanely picky! But omg this is the lightest weight, most comfortable lip product I’ve ever tried. The pigment is stunning, and I will be purchasing more in the future!

This lip sheer is my new favorite! It’s even better than having a black because it’s like having a black and dark grey all in one. I was amazing at how pretty it is. I love it so much and I’m super excited to have it in my collection. I am very pale so it stands out wonderfully with my skin tone. Living for this color!
