I love to use this when I have no makeup at all on. Same beautiful formula as all of my other thorn bites.
This is a more pigmented colorway of the Thorn Bite. It's a nice warm reddish brown. On me it's bold and feels nice and smooth. In the video, I'm wearing it with Creature of Light in Glowing Creature and nothing else. I love it.
I purchased this product after reviewing the images and even expecting it to not turn out exactly as the photos but not only is this incredibly sheer it also doesn't build well or play nicely with other products (I tried a range). I'd post photos of the results but they're so unflattering I cannot subject myself to doing so. I would chalk it up to user error since so many people seem to like it and it claims to have won an award but I tried every which way to make this work and it simply does not. Also my lips are sticky despite the claims, and my lower lip is also burning. Won't purchase this again and would NOT recommend.
I love putting Rose Dew on before I apply all of my makeup since I do my colorful lip products last. It moisturizes my lips and makes them more cushioned, ready to take on color. The scent may be slightly odd to some but I don't mind it, plus it isn't overbearing and fades gently.
I'll admit I was hesitant to purchase this lip oil at first because of the price, but upon first try I've decided that it was worth every penny. The packaging is sleek and sexy, it has a lovely subtle scent that reminds me of herbal tea, and it applies like a dream. My lips immediately feel hydrated, the formula is very smooth and doesn't feel sticky even a while after applying, and it's pigmented enough to give a lovely wash of color while still remaining subtle. Highly recommend!
This is very nicely pigmented. Its not too cool toned or warm its just right in the middle. I love these peptide lippies
