This is one of the very best eyeliners I have used in my life. You can do so much with it in terms of eyeliner. Smudgy, smoky, liquid look, bold lines, thin lines, finger smudges, you name it lol. If you have the right brushes you can do anything with this stuff. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's not the only eyeliner I use. But I wouldn't be unhappy or feel like I was missing something if it was. (as long as I was supplied with the proper brushes). The makeup I use from Rituel de Fille has changed the game. I can't always carry around makeup to do fix ups. I work in mail sorting warehouse and it's nice to be able to fix my makeup in the bathroom with my fingers real quick. Everything will pretty much re smudge back to where it was if it moved. Plus touch ups don't make things look cakey if you do have your fix up kit on you. This is a great liner though. It does not disappoint. Just don't forget to get yourself a few different types of nice eyeliner brushes if you don't already have them. Well an eyeliner brush and some short bristled brushes. Or whatever you find works for you. Rituel de Fille seems to be pretty great as an all around versatile cosmetic (and skincare) company.

This eyeliner does not set, it’s true. And that is a major point of detraction for many people. But I absolutely love it. I apply it to my waterline and my lash line. The waterline stays put remarkably well, honestly. The upper and/or lower lash line stay put fairly well with eye primer under them and/or setting powder. Will they fade or migrate into the crease during the day? Possibly, depending how oily your lids are. I find with primer and setting powder I still have a definite line on my upper lashes at the end of the day.

All that said, the formula itself is creamy and insanely easy to work with. Use a brush (I do). Use your finger. Create precise lines. Create a fabulous, smudgy smoky eye.

Abyss is a gloriously deep, void black exactly as its name suggests. Perfect for a dramatic eye. I’m actually astounded by the fact that abyss isn’t my most used Orb. I thought it would be but it has become the eyeliner I reach for when I want drama, intensity and attention at the eye.

I've been on the hunt for the Perfect red eye shadow/liner for ages. Everything was either too bright a red, not pigmented enough, didn't last, etc. Until now! This color is everything I was looking for. It's the perfect shade of red: a beautiful oxblood shade, bright enough to be punchy but not too much. The pigmentation is divine, and it lasts throughout the day even with slightly oily lids. I'm only mad I didn't get this sooner!
