This synesthetic collection was borne of sound and color, created in collaboration with visionary artist Chelsea Wolfe. These two new colors evoke strange natural beauty, channeling her dark, feral, and intimate world in pigment.

The Color: This beautifully complex maroon eyeshadow shade was drawn from the husks of cicadas, the subtle shimmer of shifting insect wings, the blush of a just-ripening fig pollinated by wasps. Exuviae is a dramatic, deep rose taupe eyeshadow with a shimmer finish.

Exuviae has become my favorite color soot. I've been wearing it on my eyes, cheeks and lips for a monochromatic look with Ghostlight as my highlighter...it is gorgeous. I've gotten so many compliments on this look that now I find myself wearing it often lol. Actually Exuviae has knocked my long-standing (years) favorite Tom ford eyeshadow pallet in Honeymoon right off my radar. This would be my 1 product if I could only have one on a desert island! #TrueLove

This color needs to be a permanent fixture in the RdF line. If you ever get the chance to purchase, do it! It’s the most perfect wearable daily vampy rose and I will be devastated when mine runs out.

I love how smoky RFD eye soots are - and this one is no exception. It's a very "vampy" color, but it is super wearable, when you go lighter on the application. I absolutely love it (fair skin, neutral undertones) because it brings warmth, but I'd still consider it as a cooler-toned red.

I wasn’t sure how wearable I’d find this color but it looks great on, whether sheer or built up. A perfect autumn shade. The eye soot formula in general is super versatile and forgiving and lasts better than cream shadow.

I like playing around with all of the different Eye Soots, but this beautiful burgundy red is just the perfect amount of drama - and it really makes my green eyes pop.I can't use my fingers in these post, because of my nails, but it is easy to apply with a dense brush too.

The red tones in this shade make the blue in my eyes really pop out! I love this to add depth to my look. I find that it can be quite wearable when I mix it with more brown tone shadows. This shade blends so well.
