Halo: A supernaturally iridescent gold with a flush of the softest pink in its base.
We created this as a soft, angelic reference to the glow of gilded artwork. Starting with a base of red bole clay, Renaissance artisans would carefully overlay delicate translucent sheets of pure gold, creating radiance with a warm rosy flush radiating from behind the gold leaf. They would then meticulously press in intricate details to create halos around the heads of holy figures.
Halo brings the translucent glow of gold and a hint of rose to skin, resulting in a bright, dimensional iridescence that looks like it’s radiating from within.
Rare Light Crème Luminizer: Inspired by extraordinary light phenomena, each shade imparts an ethereal glow with a highlight that subtly shifts and transforms to reveal a remarkable depth of color.

I am so glad I snagged this shade before it sold out - it provides the most beautiful multidimensional gold highlight that has been perfect over my eyelids and as highlight during the early summer months. This is my second shade the rare light creme luminizer and I just love the formula of these. Bonus that the scent is so herbal and calming.

Really beautiful color.Super light secure packaging. Soft color payoff and applies easily. The color halo is very flattering and buildable. Has a subtle pink pearl payoff. Order arrived very quickly and secured nicely.

I adore highlighter. Especially cream high liter as I don’t wear foundation. This is amazing. It lasts, gives me an ethereal glow and smells heavenly. I am very fair skinned with green eyes/ red hair and freckles and this has no “darkness” to it when you look at me head on. In the compact it looks like it would be too dark, but it’s not. Which is amazing. I adore it and slather the sides of my face in it. I feel gilded with it on.

I've never tried the Rare Light Crème Luminizers before because I don't use foundation or concealer. But I fell deeply in love with the color and description of "Halo" while browsing. I'm still playing around with this product, exploring options that aren't necessarily the primary function (I assume mostly cheek and nose highlighter). So far it's been a surprising addition for eyeshadows as a topper or lightly used on its own. I've also been dabbing a bit on top lip products but it typically fades/smudges out after a few hours and drinking anything. Still, the color is truly to die for! Like bright sunlight mixed with cool moonbeams.

I love these "RARE LIGHT CRÈME LUMINIZER" is all their variations.
It it super easy to apply with your fingers and sits beautifully on top of the rest of my makeup.
The lavender scent is quite pleasant even though I'm not fond of scents in my makeup. Luckily you don't smell anything while wearing it .

Just like everything else RdF, this delivers just what it promises. I couldn’t resist after seeing it in the models. I’ve used mine as a regular highlighter on cheekbones, nose, upper lip dip. But it also looks beautiful mixed with your favorite cream blush or tapped over eyeshadow.
