I am a cool toned person for sure, and pretty fair so I don’t generally wear this in the winter but I think it’s a really nice brick red for summer when the dark reds are just a little too much. My year-round favorite is written in blood, it’s just a true blue red, but this one is a close second

I am not a cool toned red person at all so this is the perfect red red lip for me. Perfect warm but not too orange and not too vivid. I really exclusively use liquid to matte lipsticks but I need to try everything rituel de fille and honestly the formula is so nice. Very light and creamy. Subtracting 1 star because I'm used to transfer-proof lips and while this does stay on pretty nice and doesn't fade like a disaster, it's not 100% my cup of tea. Still going to make myself wear it though.

This is my second favorite lipstick from RdF (second only to Written in Blood, my forever red) and I have a lot. I love the brick red, works very well for summer and fall. Love that these are all 100% organic makeup now.
