PLEASE, PLEASE bring this one back as part of the permanent collection!!! I Love a good '90s lip and this one absolutely delivers. I know everything '90s is super trendy right now, but I've loved the '90s since the actual '90s and want to be able to keep buying this after the trend has cycled through!

I've been searching for this exact color my entire life (or, at least since I first began wearing makeup) and here it is. Finally. I don't know what I'll do when this one runs out! It's such a pitch-perfect balance of cool with just a tiny smidge of warmth, and there simply isn't another contour/bronzer color or product like it ANYWHERE. Believe me....I've looked. I love this product so much, and it's a TRUE Holy Grail for me.

I love the sheerness of the color balm formula, and Hornet is really perfect for recreating the perfect 90s brown shades, and create a muted base for other colors. There's been a lot of 'the supermodel look" makeup reels going around, and this shade is befitting of this trend.

When this was first available I didn't think I needed anymore brown products in my collection, so I just went with Weeping Lilac. I was so happy Hornet became available again because I didn't know how much I would love the look and application of this formula, it's really special IMO, and along with the recent limited colors, Weeping Cherry and Ghost Rose, these are currently my most used makeup products. Hornet of course looks great on the eyes as a soft brown and as a brown tinted lip, but I was surprised how well it worked as a contour for my pale neutral complexion as well (I never use contour). Additionally, I have sensitive skin and never have issues with these, and I appreciate how easy they are to wash off at the end of the day. It's a bummer that Hornet isn't permanent, but I'm really excited to see what other colors they come out with in the future.
