Maybe it's just me (although I don't think it is, given every other lipstick I've ever worn has gone on smooth...) but this lipstick is unwearably dry. It barely goes on unless I smush it into my lips. I wanted to love it so bad - the color is perfect - and I would pay more to get an unscented version.
25 dollars for a 2 inch tube of lipstick? That I can't even wear?
I'd love to purchase from Rituel de Fille again. Just not your lipsticks.

Our Forbidden Lipsticks can sometimes feel a bit firm on the very first use due to the natural beeswax in the formula. Beeswax not only acts as an emulsifier but also creates a protective barrier for your lips. A quick tip is to swipe the bullet on the back of your hand to warm it up; after a few swipes, the formula should glide on smoothly, feeling lightweight and comfortable with a semi-matte finish.

I love this color. It is intense, dramatic, and luscious. It feels great on my lips and has good coverage. I recommend using a lip liner (I was not able to due to having moved recently and I don’t know where my full kit is), but it looks and feels great. The color is good for my tricky tone (pale and pink with a neutral undertone). When I wear it, I don’t feel sticky or dry. I don’t use my moisturizing lip balm when I wear this. Lipstick normally looks awful on me, but this color is great!

I love the color of this lipstick. It’s a beautiful red and it suits me well. It’s not drying at all. Sadly my lipstick broke off and fell on the floor. I’m not sure why it broke as I didn’t drop it and have kept it in my bag.
