Sale Period and Eligibility

The Sale Period is strictly defined as starting at 12:00 am PT on Friday, November 28, 2025, and ending at 11:59 pm PT on Monday, December 1, 2025. Offers are valid only for the purchase of in-stock, full-sized products, placed during the Sale Period, and only while supplies last. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been placed.

Discount Code and Qualifying Value

No discount codes, including BF20 or any other promotional codes, can be added retroactively after the order is completed. Order value qualification for each gift tier is based on the full-sized product subtotal AFTER any discount code is applied. Excluded costs (samples, gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, parcel protection, etc.) do not count toward these minimums.

Manual Adjustments and Order Review

If a site error results in a Gift with Purchase appearing in your shopping basket despite the order subtotal failing to meet the required qualifying threshold (after the 20% discount is applied), Rituel de Fille reserves the right to manually remove the unqualified gift during order processing and fulfillment, without prior notification. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their order meets all qualification tiers.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are subject to our standard Return and Exchange Policy, which can be found in our help section and site footer. If a purchased item that qualified a customer for a Gift with Purchase (GWP) is returned for a refund or store credit, and if the GWP is not also returned in returnable condition per our policies, the retail value of the GWP received will be deducted from the customer's refund or credit. Returns of qualifying items that reduce the subtotal below a GWP tier may result in the forfeiture or deduction of the GWP value.

Currency and International Orders

All pricing, charges, and qualification tiers are calculated and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Foreign exchange rates may fluctuate. Customers outside the United States are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, tariffs, VAT, customs charges, or currency conversion fees levied by their bank or country of residence.

Quantity Limits

To ensure these special shades go to our community and not to resellers, we must enforce strict limits:

  • GWPs: Limit one (1) of each GWP shade received free per qualifying customer or recipient. We reserve the right to review orders on a case-by-case basis.

  • Purchases: Limit a maximum of three (3) units of any specific color/item (SKU) across our entire catalog per customer. This limit is strictly enforced against purchases intended for resale. If you need an exception for personal use (e.g., professional kits or large gifts), please contact us before placing your order to clear it in advance. Orders exceeding these limits for obvious resale purposes may be cancelled without notice.

Governing Law and Modification

These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States. Rituel de Fille reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, cancel, or suspend this offer, these terms, or any part thereof at any time, without prior notice.

THE BASICS

🖤 Our Black Friday Weekend Sale starts at Midnight (12 am) Pacific Time on Friday, 11/28, and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on 12/1: Black Friday through Cyber Monday.

🖤 This is our most exciting event of the year: 20% off sitewide on all full-sized products + up to 5 all-new, limited-edition free gifts with purchase.

🖤 Exclusively on ritueldefille.com. Excludes TikTok Shop, Shop App, or any other platforms or retailers.

🖤 Use code BF20 at checkout for 20% off. You can also use a sale code from your favorite creator; it should also end in "20." Remember, each order can only use one code, so Rituelist Rewards codes cannot be added on top of a sale code.

🖤 Know what's part of the sale. Everything about this event applies exclusively to full-sized, in-stock products. This includes absolutely all full-sized makeup, skincare, brushes and sets thereof that's currently in stock and available for purchase. (Samples, sample sets, gift cards, shipping, parcel protection and taxes are not part of the sale, and do not count toward GWP qualification.)

🖤 The new colors can be yours. We created our new 2025 Black Friday Collection to be gifts for you, but they will also be available for purchase as long as stock lasts.

🖤 Know the stock up limits: This event is for Rituelists, not resellers! To keep things fair and ward off unauthorized bulk ordering, limit three (3) units per specific color/item (SKU). Contact us before ordering if you would like to request large gifts or professional use exceptions. For the 2025 Black Friday GWP Collection: Limit one (1) of each shade free, and limit three (3) of each shade for purchase.

🖤 Before placing your order, make sure everything looks right; once an order complete, it cannot be edited. We can't add discount codes, modify quantities or shades, or add gifts with purchase—so make sure that everything you want is in your basket. If anything isn't quite right, before placing your order: check our FAQ, read our Easy Troubleshooting Guide, and contact us and we will help as quickly as possible.

HOW TO GET YOUR FREE GIFTS

🖤 These shades are limited edition, and only available while supplies last. After Cyber Monday (December 1), all shades vanish, but they may sell out before then.

🖤 Gifts with purchase stack. You can receive up to all five full-sized shades free—the full limited-edition collection ($149 value)—when reaching the highest qualifying order tier. Qualification is based on your full-sized product subtotal, after applying the 20% sale code.
