You can receive up to all five full-sized shades free—the full GHOST FREQUENCY limited-edition collection ($149 value)—when reaching the highest qualifying order tier. Qualification is based on your full-sized product subtotal, after applying the 20% sale code.

📦 BFCM SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. As we are a very small team, we may need up to 10 business days to prepare your order until the end of 2025. In some cases, certain orders may require extended processing periods. Due to significantly higher shipping volume during the holiday season, expect extended shipping times after your parcel reaches the carrier, as well as delays in tracking status updates. In some cases, your tracking may not update until the package has already been delivered.
We always recommend opting in to Route Package Protection at checkout, but even more so during the holiday season. If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend opting for expedited shipping, which will ensure your order gets to you faster once it has left our facility. Additionally, if your order is time-sensitive, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email to notify our team, and we will do our best to expedite processing. Please remember, once your package is handed off to the carrier, we cannot control its movement, and therefore cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, please note that we cannot expedite the customs process. You will be responsible for any customs fees, duties or VAT assessed.

SALE DATES + GENERAL INFORMATION
When is the Black Friday Weekend Sale?
The sale begins Friday, November 28, 2025, at 12:00 am PT (Midnight) and ends Monday, December 1, at 11:59 pm PT. All times are Pacific Time.
What is special about this event?
This is our most spectacular event of the year. You can receive 20% off sitewide on all full-sized products, plus the opportunity to earn our completely new, exclusive GHOST FREQUENCY collection of 5 full-sized shades FREE as Gifts with Purchase (GWP).
Can I buy the GWP shades, or only get them free?
While we created them with the intention of being offered as free gifts, all 5 limited-edition shades will also be available for separate purchase during the sale event, but only while supplies last.
Will the sale offers change between Friday and Monday?
No. The 20% discount and GWP tiers will remain the same throughout the Black Friday Weekend event. However, all products (including GWP shades) are only available while supplies last.
If a product I want to order sells out during the sale, will it be restocked?
No. As a small business making products in small batches, availability is limited. We do not anticipate being able to restock any products before the sale ends, and strongly recommend ordering what you desire while it remains available.

DISCOUNTS + ELIGIBILITY
How do I get the 20% discount?
Use code BF20 at checkout. You may substitute this for a sale code from your favorite creator (hint: it should also end in "20").
What is included in the sale?
The 20% discount and GWP qualification apply to ALL full-sized products (makeup, skincare, brushes, and sets consisting of these items) on our site.
What is NOT included?
Samples, sample sets, digital gift cards, shipping fees, parcel protection, and taxes are not discounted and do not count toward GWP minimums. They can still be purchased during the sale period.
Can I stack codes?
No. Only one code can be used per order (either BF20 or one creator code).
Can I use a Rituelist Rewards code during the sale?
Our system will not stop you from doing so, but we do not recommend it during this event. Using a Rituelist Rewards code will prevent you from using the 20% off sale code, and qualification for GWPs is based on the subtotal after your code is applied. We suggest saving Rewards codes for a future purchase.
Are there limits on what I can buy?
Yes, to prevent unauthorized reselling, there is a quantity limit of three (3) units per specific color/item (SKU) across all individual products. If you require an exception for professional use or large gifts, please contact us before placing your order.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP) QUALIFICATION
How do I qualify for the free gifts?
Qualification is based on the subtotal of full-sized products only after your 20% discount code is applied. Please refer to the qualification table for exact required subtotals.
If I qualify for multiple gifts, do they stack?
Yes! You can receive up to all five shades in the Ghost Frequency Collection free when reaching the highest tier.
❌ TROUBLESHOOTING
MISSING FREE GIFTS AT CHECKOUT
Your free GWP shade(s) will automatically populate in your shopping basket. If a gift is missing, PAUSE and do not complete your purchase yet. Follow these steps:
1. Check for Qualification Drop (Most Common Issue):
Reason: If a gift disappeared after you applied the code, your full-sized product subtotal dropped below the required tier.
Solution: Add more full-sized products to meet the REQUIRED SUBTOTAL (After 20% Code) shown in the main qualification table.
2. Verify Eligible Products:
Reason: If a gift never appeared, double-check that your qualifying subtotal only includes full-sized products. Samples, gift cards, etc., do not count.
Solution: Remove non-eligible items or increase your full-sized product total.
3. Technical Troubleshooting:
Reason: If you are certain you qualify, it is likely a minor device/cache issue.
Solution: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. You may need to add your selections back to your basket.
4. Escalation:
If the issue persists, please email our Customer Service team using our easy contact form before placing your order, and include a screenshot of your shopping basket. Gifts cannot be added later to completed orders.
