The Limited Edition Colors

Shadow Self | First released in 2014: A dark, softly glimmering metallic blue-black with Tyrian purple undertones. One of our original founding shades from our first launch.

Chrysalis | First released in 2015: A mysterious, smoky forest green with an alluring metallic matte sheen. Evoking carnivorous plants and lush overgrowth, it channels shifting butterfly wings and glimmering night waters.

Prey | First released in 2015: Inspired by wolves in the snow, and quietly whispering with animalistic carnality, Prey is a muted, fleshy cool-toned mauve that perfectly evokes the quiet intensity of the coldest winter.

Strange Creature | First released in 2015: A cool gray inspired by the silvery coat of the hunter, Strange Creature is an unexpected modern neutral. It is a stunning, remarkably wearable natural gray lipstick with a beautiful semi-matte finish, capturing the silent cold of winter.

Darkest Deeds | First released in 2019: A stunningly rich, inky purple. Formulated with a remarkable aubergine carmine pigment, it contains a breathtaking, vibrant complexity that simply cannot be replicated.

    WOW!

    I wish these were permanent! Rituel de fille knows how to make lip colors. They are perfection! I love the smell, the way they feel, the shades! They are gorgeous! I’m so happy to have these! I love to see what they bring back from the archives every year!

    Shadow Creatures for every mood!

    A perfect way to explore a cooler collection perfectly timed for falls advance….

    Prey a cool mauvish nude tempered neutral.

    Strange Creature the perfect neutral ashen gray of smoke rising from the hearth.

    Shadow Self a deep bluish purple perfect for stepping into the shadows…. The blue is very tame & not overbearing. I can hardly wait to add Lunaris or Enchantress in to turn up the blue volume.

    Chrysalis a beautiful dark greenish brown base lovely for a lush woodland fae vibe. Again the green glow is not too glaring. Like a lush mossy velvet.

    Darkest Deeds…. Rich almost perfect deep purple like Hemlock’s older sister.

    All but Prey were new to me & being a true winter woman and am very happy I bought the set to explore the extraordinary colors set forth in Shadow Creatures. Thank you RdF!

    This was a great set!

    If you want dark green toned lips or almost blue black lips, this was such a great set to get. But the Strange Creature to lighten the center of your dark green or dark blue lips was such an awesome addition.

    And then you gave us Prey in this collection! I was not going to get this entire collection but I cannot resist a green. But I saw Prey on a variety of lip shapes and I just decided to get the whole set. Prey is a gorgeous mauvy grey that will just live in my headspace forever.

    Thanks for resurrecting these colors!!!
