I was a little nervous since I don’t love rose scent, but the rose here is very natural and beautiful - I find the oil smells like rose tea rather than perfume (thankfully).

Truthfully I wanted to sample this to see if it made the 3Drop Foundation work better for my super-dry skin, and it worked a dream. As an added bonus, it also works amazingly as a final nighttime skincare step to seal in all my other products! It takes a couple minutes to soak in (I just brush my teeth while I wait), but then it’s ready to layer with Creature of Light, 3Drop Foundation, and the Sorcery Concealer.

I think I’ll definitely be buying a full-size now since this made it so much easier to work with products I already enjoy… and it feels so luxurious :)

I bought it because I was already placing an order and was just kind of curious if 1) I'd like it and 2) if I'd notice a difference after using it. First impression upon opening it was that it was very fragrant, and while there isn't once scent listed opening the sample bag brought back strong memories of ripe lychee and rambutan. The scent was natural and fades pretty fast on the skin though so it did not bother me like some other sweetly fragrant items can. In use I do feel like I feel a difference in makeup application of wear, particularly with trying out the 3 drop foundation. It seems to apply a lot smoother and kind of melt into my skin. I'll be finishing the sample before making any decisions to buy the full size, but I end up liking it a lot more than I expected to. I've used it a few times with the full 10 drop instructions and I still have plenty to sample to make that decision.
